Warranty

Your delivery/ Invoice note acts as your proof of purchase for 1 year warranty. We cover recliner mechanisms and sofa frameworks. We do not however cover leather/ fabric damage, accidental damage, general wear and tear or stitching issues. We advise that no detergent or bleach based sprays are used when cleaning our products as they may damage the materials. If you do so it’s at your own risk, try an inconspicuous area first . We only accept returns in the first 14 days if the product is faulty. If an item is faulty we do not offer a cash refund but will be happy to exchange or repair the part which has become faulty. Repair will be done at your location if possible but may require taking away to rectify in our workshop . If you cancel your order there will be a standard £60 cancellation fee which will still be payable. No refunds are given on custom made orders.By definition this is either a bespoke set or a standard set where options of alternative fabric and colours etc. is taken. If a fault does occur please contact us . We will only offer any refund if your issue cannot be resolved within our guidelines.

We are often able to repair items that are not covered by warranty or if warranty has expired. This is a paid for service. Items include replacement foams / cushions, zip/ stitching repairs etc.
