Your delivery note or invoice acts as your proof of purchase and activates a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers structural components such as recliner mechanisms and internal sofa frameworks.
Please note: this warranty does not cover fabric or leather wear, accidental damage, general use-related wear and tear, or stitching issues.
Cleaning: Do not use bleach- or detergent-based sprays. These can damage upholstery and will void your warranty. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first — use is at your own risk.
Returns: Faulty items can be returned within the first 14 days only. Refunds are not issued — we offer repair or exchange of the affected part. Repairs may be carried out at your home or, if necessary, in our workshop.
Order cancellations: If you cancel your order, a standard £60 cancellation fee applies and remains payable.
No refunds are given on custom-made orders. This includes bespoke sets, or any standard set where specific options such as alternative fabrics or colours have been chosen.
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us here. Refunds will only be considered if your issue cannot be resolved within our stated terms.
🔧 Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We may still be able to assist with repairs after your warranty has expired or for damage not covered under warranty.
This includes paid services such as:
- Foam or cushion replacements
- Stitching or zip repairs
- Structural reinforcements
